I’d give it more but there always seems to be an issue.
I order frequently but either something is missing or the person doesn’t want to get out of their car or the order just doesn’t show up. Then the app gives you a code but most places don’t take it or when you get ready to use it it no longer works. I’m not impressed and if I had my own transportation with me I wouldn’t use it.

Fix Your App
I’ve used this app across many states (east to west coasts) and continue to find an issue with finding alcohol. These include states who allow 3rd parties to send alcohol. The most issues I’ve ever come across is when a restaurant is actually operational (double-cross with their hours because DoorDash isn’t accurate). I’ve had places “confirm” an order (I also worked restaurant-side for a period) so sometimes this is set to auto-accept even if the store is closed and had to delete an order at my own accounts detriment. The second most common issue I've come across is alcohol delivery. In states who have legalized delivery of alcohol in at least 3 years (yes, a full 18-36 months), DoorDash hasn’t resolved their internal programming to fix this. So yes, sometimes you can call a liquor store to deliver even if DoorDash says it’s not possible yet it’s legalized. Please hire more programmers and fix your internal issues. Overall, it’s been useful but these issues stand out in particular because it’s been a continuous issues with the programming overall. No fault to the drivers or any other people working with them.

Been a great customer and they won’t help at all!!
I have been using doordash for a long long time, maybe years and never had such as much trouble as this year. Not blaming the dashers but it’s always something missing and also gps locations for drivers are not legit. I moved 3 times and lately i have been getting my order delivered somewhere else or the food taken and if u get stuff missing they have to review either to give me my money back, but i ordered 3 times in one day and i had food missing and wouldn’t receive a refund because they think i want the money back i really don’t i just want my food delivered. Very bad customer service and wouldn’t take responsability for other mistakes.
