I don’t usually review and probably this is my only review. But wayfair has my order delayed. I made an order based on the delivery date. Now the delivery date has been pushed back 11 days after the date mentioned when the product was ordered. Didn’t get notified that the order is delayed, I just randomly checked and got the update. This is a worse online order experience, and that too on my first order.
Sabina Wheeler did a fabulous job helping us navigate the Wayfair app so that we could get exactly what we wanted for our project, she was very professional and provided excellent customer service!

I just put in a order for a accent chair. I have been looking at them for a while now. I’m excited about it’s arrival can’t wait.
I’ve been a longtime customer of Wayfair, but no longer. They used to have amazing customer service but now their management apparently could care less about being accountable for huge technological errors. I spent over an hour trying to place an order via both their website and app but was unable to do so because never ending error massages and glitches through both before PayPal erroneously charged me $300 dollars out on a canceled debit card that inexplicably went through and could have overreacted me bc it’s a small medical account that only has a certain amount of money in it. PayPal insisted that the order went through and that I had an order with Wayfair even though I had no order according to Wayfair and never got a completed sale screen and never agreed to pay for the entire amount as I was attempting to use Klarna and getting repeated errors messages on Wayfair site. Wayfair’s supervisor could care less and refused to apologize in any way for technological glitches that led to this incident and refused in any way to help me research and prove the transaction never went through, while PayPal insisted it did and continued to hold on to my money for an order that I never approved to pay the full amount for at once, much less through an old debit card. The phones reps were so nice but the failure came at the supervisor level. Called back to talk to a supervisor today and again no attempt to make this right even though PayPal still has my money and even though I have been a long time customer of Wayfair and just placed an order a few weeks ago with them. Never again. I found one of the items I was looking for on Amazon. The other one I begrudgingly bought on Wayfair for one last time. But after this I’ll never use this site. Be ware you might have your money stolen from a bank account you never authorized use for and then have a supervisor gaslight you, never apologize, refuse any assistance and refuse to even make it right after spendings HOURS on the phone with them and PayPal. It’s a stupid way to do business.

Thank you Wayfair I was in need of a new mattress after my family and I decided to move. I did a lot of declutterring and making sure we are comfortable and feeling fresh in our new home. I took a risk after looking at a couple sites Walmart, target etc for bed but Wayfair paired with Afterpay I am so grateful to use Afterpay it really helps. I am very 😃

I can’t believe that you can spend $1400 on a couch and they mess up your address so they want to charge you $20 to update it again. No other company does this.
