Package never arrived
I ordered a gabby doll house cat. I received an email saying the package was delivered. I called my daughter to go out to the mail box and pick it up. We have waited the 3 extra days to see if it would show up and it had be not. Birthday gifts that are ordered one week before the birthday, should have had plenty of time to arrive before the child’s birthday. Not happy about this error.

Stealing our money
If I could give them zero stars, I would. They steal your money and waste your time, there is no roundabout way of saying it. This is the FOURTH delivery where they claim that all of my items would be delivered and articles were missing. CHECK EVERY SINGLE ITEM. For reference, I’m not even referring to the articles that are out of stock or items to be replaced due to low stock. They will straight up say something is in stock, and say that the shopper picked it up and it will never be in the actual delivery. Initially, I thought it was a mistake, so I never reported it the first time. Unfortunately, this is a common trend. I’m beyond frustrated. Of course the only way they try to resolve the issues by issuing a refund. I understand that a refund needs to be issued, but it’s the principle behind having it delivered. The best resolution would be to have the items that were missing, delivered free of a delivery fee. Do better Walmart !

Review for Walmart delivery services
I am mostly satisfied with your delivery services but there are occasions when the courier delivers to the wrong address or fail to complete the delivery after claiming that it was made. I would like a confirmation of the delivery with a picture of my door showing the correct apartment number & door with every delivery.

Big fan of Walmart+ and Scan & Go
The ability to have Scan & Go similar to Sam’s club has been great. I don’t stand in lines unless I have to. This is the one reason I will shop at Walmart. Unlike Sam’s Club, you still might have to wait in line to scan the QR code on a register, but it’s been my experience that the line moves quickly. The one problem I’ve had is when I pay, but haven’t bagged my stuff yet, some customers, like an impatient bully, will come right up to my register before I’ve left to attempt to scan their stuff before I’m finished bagging. This is because they see the green light go out as soon as I pay. There should be some sort of delay. If I bag everything before I pay, then the cashier helpers raise an eyebrow like I might be stealing. I don’t see strictly scan and go registers anymore. Walmart, can you can figure something out to prevent this?

Not user friendly
I can no longer find where the Walmart Cash Offers are for Walmart+. I can only see the individual items I search for, but can’t find the area that lists all of the cash offers. It’s already frustrating the offers disappear in the middle of the same day I claim them. For a paid service this needs to be better.
