Verizon Wireless released v11.1.4 for My Verizon 4 days ago and here's their update message:
• Customers now have even more capabilities via the My Verizon app. Existing Fios customers can now order equipment as well as check their order status and delivery date. New customers can now get a first bill estimate, access the self-install and tech-install wizard, and complete self-installation of their equipment.
• Customers can now access Community Forums via the app. Here, you can ask questions, offer solutions and connect with others about Verizon Wireless and Fios products and services.
They used to work with me now I feel like my contract has ended with them. Maybe it’s because I live in a new town. Gotta talk to the rest of the world see if it’s my problem or just my problem
Phone number is constantly hijacked and being used by someone else. Apps do not show up in cellular list. Never receive call backs after “escalation” of issue. Have had same issue for over 2 years. Had to involve FBI to fix issue!!!!

Everytime I go and pay the app link to my bank for a bit but always manages to disconnect. Updated the app, same situation.

Finally got to sign in and the extra help with the security steps that is now included. It’s different widget and it is working thank God. Thanks developers.
App doesn't work half the time. Screens load up blank and white. Many of the buttons don't go to the next screen when pressed. Doesn't function properly when on 5G full bars. I have verizon home internet and still the app doesn't function properly when I am trying to view issues with my account. I pay way to much to have to deal with these inconveniences.
