Please fix issues
This app was good until the last major update. I can no longer save stuff for later. I click the button and it says item is saved for later but it doesn’t move from the cart and shows I have 0 items saved for later. My save for later items were also deleted. Sometimes I see random things I normally wouldn’t look at and want to remember them and purchase them at another time and I can’t do that now. Also, they took away the scale for seeing rewards. This is a huge issue for the company because I always check to see how much I need to spend to get to the next level or the one after that. Without being able to do that they are losing sales as I’m sure I’m not the only person that does that.

Get it TOGETHER ASAP!!!
I’ve had this app on my phone for years and I’ve never had a problem with it. I updated my app a few weeks ago, and the app hasn’t been the same since. All of my save for later items are GONE! I don’t remember products that I wanted to try. ULTA please get your app to work again please.

App flaws/ glitch
Unable to see order history on account. Have uninstalled and updated and logged out and back in still unable to see order history. States No purchases which is ridiculous, I’m platinum and continually order. Need this fixed.

bad changes
i’ve never written a review on an app before.. but i love ulta i spend a lot of money at ulta and prefer it to sephora because i understand/like the point system better and i like that they offer “drugstore” brands. but the app has been terrible and getting worse ever since they made changes like two months ago. it’s slow and has lots of glitches now but i also don’t like where everything has moved, things are harder to find. i have to shop online now because my local ulta is temp. closed. thankfully none of my orders have been canceled and i haven’t lost any points but i see that’s happened to some people. i also hate how you can’t scroll on the points chart, it makes me feel like they don’t want us to maximize the value of our points . because scrolling to see how close i am to the value changes helped me plan and save my points the way i wanted. and my most recent purchase isn’t showing up in the app even tho it’s been awhile and already shipped

Fix your App Ulta!!
This app is SO GLITCHY! My purchase history isn’t accurate and hasn’t been for months. A recent order I placed is nowhere to be found anywhere.. Front page says “Hello (my name” but then right below where my points SHOULD be displayed there’s a “sign in” prompt. But I’m already signed in. When I do sign in it sends me into an endless loop. Try to check a product review and despite There being allegedly hundreds of reviews it won’t show them to me - instead says “be the first to review”. What!!?? Fix this Ulta - this app is borderline unusable.
