Poor customer support
Delivery took more than an hour. Driver wouldn’t respond. Customer support cannot contact driver. Better off driving drunk to go pick up order then to wait on this service to deliver the food to you. Door dash is better at getting you your food on time then this services . Waist of time and money.

Do Not Use This App!! 0 Accountability
I usually use DD, but was trying to order Mickey D’s, it wasn’t showing up on DD. Anyway, I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. But, in true McD’s fashion they left out many items of my order. 20pc Nuggets, I got not one of my sauces, no McDouble, no Filet o Fish. Hit up Uber, it’s now been 48 hrs & NO RESPONSE.

Poor customer service. NOT 5 stars
Half my order did not arrive and customer service kept responding with an automated, sorry not eligible for refund. Was no other way to contact them. Upsetting. Grub hub more reliable for me. Update- got banned for complaining. Every avenue of support is a bot. They thrive on scamming off the top and once a customer gets upset they get rid of them.

Obvious price gouging
Go into a McDonald’s with your Uber eats app open and compare the menu prices to the app prices, same for basically any restaurant on the app. $4.20 for a 20oz bottle of water, That’s not the price for the bottle at the restaurant, $3.49 on their menu. Uber Eats pricing is consistently 10-20% more than the menu marked prices, then you charge a huge service fee(and outright say the driver only gets 0.10¢?) as well as, you charge a delivery fee. I had an order (16$ for food which was 11$ at the restaurant btw) after delivery and taxes (no tip) i was at $27.00, so 40% of my order total was delivery charge of 1.99 and service fees. I will be actively canvassing the Reddit community to find enough people to activate a class action, because this definitely falls under UDAAP.
