SEPT 2023 UPDATE DISABLED LOCATION FIND
Location NOT WORKING FROM THIS SEPT 2023 UPDATE App is useless when traveling & without being able to find nearby location. I did not change any settings prior to update, I get zero locations near me & app worked fine prior to update. WHY??

Multi charging on app
Every time I reload my card on the app, they charge my bank account multiple times instead of just the once. Sometimes instead of just charging the $10, I end up getting between 2-5 charges of $10 and have to wait for it to be refunded. This is really frustrating as I budget very carefully and this can mess with my bills. I rarely go to Starbucks now due to the rising prices and this just makes me not want to go at all.

User Friendly
Generation who is built and is maintaining app is definitely younger, but I must say they made it user friendly for peeps who aren’t that familiar with technology I recently started using it but I get accustomed really fast,

Recent update
Are you having an issue on you end I can’t seem to Access locations I ask cause you all had an up date yesterday Your recent update seem to have screwed up quite a bit.... for whatever reason it absolutely refuses to add my earn stars.... it's been well past 24 hours and I'm still waiting to receive my points along with my bonus points from yesterday's purchase.... please fix this issue.
