will this app ever let me make a purchase?
constant bugs where product details never load, searches never process, having to close and reopen / delete and reinstall only for the issues to prevail. good look if there’s a sale you were hoping to utilize, everything will crash. and if you hate making phone calls, sorry! that’s how you get customer service from sephora. i will continue to shop sephora but for the love of god, please clean up this mess.

My opinion
So I'm going to add some things I found on the app. -birthday feature is pretty cool. I got this really good shampoo but the size was a bit small. -when I looked in my local shop, it had a lip honey. Apperently it doesn't exist within the Sephora app. -I couldn't get in for a week because of web traffic which is weird. -the sales are nice. -the quiz that you do does pretty much nothing. -I'd really overall shop in person but the app is a good option for finding specific items.

Not Functional
This has got to be the WORST app on the planet. People have been reporting outages, glitches, bugs, and being LOGGED IN TO OTHER PEOPLES ACCOUNTS for days and not one statement about it has been made about it. Sounds like Sephora’s website and app have been hacked so be careful entering any card information in there. Change your password. You are better off shopping in store to prevent your information being stolen.

The app automatically selected a random Sephora way outside of my city and it won’t let me change it to the closest one.

Used to love this, but…
I updated by necessity and now I cannot check out because it says my basket it out of date. Have tried removing everything, rebooting, and adding one thing, but still nope.
