No matter what, Microsoft will never impress me

I simply can not and will not ever be okay with the monopoly Microsoft has and the way they use the paying consumer as test pilots all the time. We should not be forced to pay premium prices for products that are released way too soon in order to make sales and production deadlines. The releases ALWAYS require patches, updates, hot fixes or service packs shortly after the releases to resolve issues that were not identified in the Q&A phase of software development. This is ALWAYS.. Microsoft is an absolute disaster of a development founded on thievery, stolen ideas, code and concepts. All in the name of a dollar. I used to defend Mr Gates when people would bash him (in the 90’s); my eyes opened after the release of Server 2000 and I have despised Microsoft and Mr. Gates since. And I won’t even start with his involvement in the biological warfare nightmare that is well under way, beginning with the mosquito all the way to and through CoVid pandemic. This man will stop at nothing to gain as much power as possible… The people - the CONSUMERS need to see the reality of Mr Gates and shut him and his control company down. I’m just saying…. They asked me for my thoughts, so, these are my thoughts. Please, if you have nothing creative to say, don’t say anything. Thank you

Pretty good, but...

I'm always tapping on the left to highlight an email (iPad version). If I delete an email, there isn't a default behavior and it leaves nothing selected. I've got to select the next email down instead of that automatically happening. If reading a lot of emails, that gets old fast. If I click a link in an email and it opens in Safari, when I come back, the email is no longer selected and I've got to re-select it. If it's a long email, I've got to scroll and find where I was. The desktop version of Outlook doesn't work this way, nor does the native IOS mail app. I find deleted emails coming back, sometimes almost immediately. And worst of all, I can't report junk mail from this app. I can move an email to the junk folder, but I don't think that reports the email as junk to be used in future filtering. They also really need a good user guide. I've seen complaints in other reviews about things people say they can't do, and I know they can be done, because I accidentally tripped across them. I don't know how many features I'm missing, but many of my perceived shortcomings might actually be there but I haven't found the secret yet. I'm using this as my everyday mail app but it needs some improvements for it to be really great. I can't seem to add my iCloud account. I go through the steps but nothing happens: no error messages, but no account shows up either. We use a family Shared iCloud calendar, and I have an iCloud Drive, but I don't see those. I'm still using the IOS calendar because this just isn't useful for me. I want to see my calendar in month view. I also want to configure colors myself. I can't figure out how to add iCal calendars and I use a couple of them.
