App drops from casting but still plays on tv. You have to re cast to disconnect casting. Also, any time you go to the app while casting, the show starts over again causing you to have to skim forward to the place where you were. If you’re going to charge money, at least get the app right.
Freezes, won’t load, constant issues. I’ve tried every troubleshooting tip suggested with no luck. It’s sad because there is great content but I can’t watch it. So frustrating!
Why pay a subscription and then be forced to watch a million adds. Definitely will not renew.

why have live tv if you dont have any kind of optional chat room though? what’s the point?
Displays fatal error message. No change after reinstalling. Does not recognize finger taps to play a show, however, it recognizes the same finger if another series is selected, but still does not play. If the play button finger tap is recognized, the the fatal error message populates.
Last week the app was constantly crashing. This week, every single episode, it won’t play anything and repeats over and over and over again CBS, it is stuck. I go out of it, delete the app, re install and the same thing again. Repeat, repeat, repeat. Fix your app!!!

I enjoy the content, but the bugs are obnoxious. Ads repeat like a broken record. App doesn’t remember where I last stopped playing a show/movie when switching from iOS to, say, FIreTV—sometimes even the same platform minutes later. And if I have to start from the beginning and fast forward, then I’m watching more ads than content I want. This has been so disruptive lately that we have given up on some shows entirely. I did contact support. Their email said they read all emails, but they will not respond. We’ll, they said unable to respond, which I assume means they’ve chosen to pay executives obnoxious amounts of money instead of paying people to respond to emails and fix things, despite how many ads I’m watching and rewatching. Sure, they sent me some links, but I’m paying for the service and watching double ads—now I have to do the job of user support, too? I couldn’t find suggestions on their help pages to fix my issues. If you aren’t going to improve your app, then sell your content to someone who can maintain an app.

Every time you open the app it restarts your show from the beginning and restarts your ads so you have to watch ads over and over again. If they fixed this bug it’d be great!
