Very bad
About four years ago when I had downloaded this app, it was a very good app and would it get me a lot of updates. I never even paid the app would do all the work, and I was very satisfied and happy. I tried to use the app again recently, and it is very terrible. Mostly all scammers and people trying to get you follow their Instagram so they can ask for a cashapp or sell their videos. It’s a very bad community and tinder should be ashamed. I thought maybe I need to pay to see matches so I paid the top top dollar for a month and still 0 matches only upsells, scammers, clout chasing girls and more nonsense. And tinder made the price very expensive. So expensive they offer weekly plans. Should be ashamed really. Unethical app went downhill and they seem to keep getting worse. How is it I paid for gold, I am in a big city, I’m goodlooking young entrepreneur and I could not get one match? Something’s off

Matches now expire???
I'm a paid member, and all of a sudden my matches expire and I have no way of rematching. I didn't use the app for my birthday for a few days and now all these awesome matches I can't message anymore? I want a refund or this fixed.

Goofy staff/ App is a scam
My account was deleted for no reason out of the blue and when I reach out to ask why or submit an appeal they tell me my account never existed or that I violated terms and community guidelines but can NEVER give me more details as to how or what part of their terms I violated. STEER AWAY FROM THIS APP!! Bunch of frauds and fake profiles this app is a scam

Bad customer service no response, app bugs
Horribly slow, customer service response is weeks to months slow or no response, censorship bias, matches mismatching and then reintroduced in the profile, lots of scams , profiling restrictions for men but not for women, profile characteristics settings for preferences fail to match high quality candidates, chats with matched users fail to send over many days to weeks, wonder why the premium price is high when the app is barely functional. Would love to be helpful to the quality assurance team but the service is no response .

I suspect either there is not a sufficient enough policy to avoid the creation of duplicate accounts. Or the more concerning outcome is the algorithm is configured to show the same profiles over and over again in attempt to get you to buy additional services.
