When using code from Best Buy, clarity for credit card confusing
Allowing customers to add to their cart an item that is out of stock or unavailable, is very frustrating!
I went in the store to get help. No one acknowledged me no one greeted … personal conversations in front of me. I was there to buy a computer . I left and purchased some accessories online .. I did not feel welcomed.
So easy and stress free.
The app works great IF you can get logged in. It requires me to reset my password each and every time I login. Once logged in, it works great.
Loading issues even with reinstall
Best Buy has turned into one of my favorite places to visit both online and in store - Great customer service, great deals, and the delivery process, returns, exchanges are incredibly convenient. They’ve become my go-to for office, home appliance and entertainment, outpacing Amazon and the other stores that haven’t stepped up to the new expectations of consumers who need the expertise and individual needs they seem to be greatly aware of. Hats off to your management team, phone operators and internal and phone sales. Really great company that’s only gotten better over the years!
Everytime I open the app, it asks me to login. When I enter the password, it tells me that it doesn’t match the records. Then asks me to reset it, once I reset then it logs me in. And if I close the app and come back to it a couple days later, the whole reset things repeats again! I have reset my password more than 20 times so far. What can I do?
Placing my order online is a breeze and fast since I am in time management it helps me alot.
