Customer service is TERRIBLE phone blank paid you can't even talk to anyone anymore.
I’m so tired of them saying it’s delivered if the package is not. Then we go through this whole thing to see if it was stolen and not just Amazon marking it early to say they deliver fast. Maybe hire faster drivers rather than mark the packages as delivered DAYS early.
So Amazon updates the app and now there is no link to the Amazon credit card to see the balance. Is this the new thing? Trying to hide what you owe?
Terrible Customer Service. Order remains in shipping limbo (“preparing for shipping” for days) and won’t allow for cancellation. Even a rep couldn’t resolve or update.
Amazon is not Pro Palestine and instead supporting the Israel killers saying “The attacks against civilians in Israel are shocking and painful to watch. I have been in touch with our teammates there to make sure we do everything we can to help support their family’s and their safety, and to assist however we can in this very difficult time. What happened to two day shipping it shouldn’t take a week for anything to come in I don’t care what it is and Amazon prime is a rip come on Amazon!
Reviews are suspect. Be good to Amazon or review isn’t posted. No transparency in app Cluttered filter process. Hard to find sign out, etc.
